Mele and Skyler – Franklin Engagement Session

Meet Mele and Skyler. They are a couple that so adore each other and are planning a beautiful Fall wedding on a California hilltop! We all got together a few weeks ago to shoot a Spring engagement session. I use the term “Spring” very loosely since it was a bitterly cold day! A cutting wind and temps that fell below freezing the second the sun started to drop….but you sure cannot tell by looking at them. Skyler is a proud member of our US military and stationed out of state so we didn’t have the option to change days for this session. Mele, who’s a former member of our military, was too funny when I asked about the cold forecast and their comfort….I think it went something like this….”It won’t be a problem we’re in the military so we are tough.” They were amazing and we had a ball….even the cold wind that forced their sky lantern back to the ground was just another reason to laugh and smile!

I know that hilltop with be filled with so much joy this Fall, and if I had to guess there will also be a bunch of beautiful sky lanterns decorating that California sunset!

Megan and David’s Wedding – Woodmont Christian Church

 

Congratulations to Megan and David. They were married in a beautiful ceremony at Woodmont Christian Church and had a wonderful and touching reception at Nashville’s amazing Hutton Hotel. I cannot imagine a more picturesque location for a ceremony, or a more perfect location to hold your wedding reception…it really was a perfect day from start to finish! It was our honor to be a part of their wedding day……we are so excited for their future!  Allan & Susan
